Lubmarine requires 3 working days' notice for pack and bulk products; shorter notice is subject to inquiry and extra charges, and extra equipment or manpower may incur additional cost. Port working days are Monday–Friday. The port is under the TPM Metropolitan Port Authority, with the Var CCI operating the commercial terminals; pilotage is compulsory for entry/departure and mooring is compulsory alongside. Toulon lies within the Mediterranean ECA, so 0.50% sulphur fuels (or compliant alternatives) apply, and EU ETS obligations apply to calls here.
