Questions
- Is there really a free plan?
- Yes, and it can request quotes. One vessel monitored, three requests for quote a month, full price board and the same quote comparison as the paid tiers. It exists because the fastest way to see whether this is worth paying for is to run a real fuel request through it.
- Why are the yacht and commercial plans priced so differently?
- They are different businesses. A yacht lifts 5,000 to 60,000 litres a few times a season and the buyer is the captain. A commercial fleet lifts hundreds of tonnes a fortnight per vessel and the buyer is a procurement desk. Pricing them on one scale would mean charging a company that spends $100 million a year on fuel the same as a single yacht.
- What counts as a vessel?
- Any hull you have under AIS monitoring. You can swap vessels in and out as charters change; the limit is how many are being watched at once, not how many you have ever added.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the billing portal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut access the moment you cancel.
