At Livorno conventional bunkers are delivered in the harbour and roads by barge (bettolina) or by road tanker. The long-established local physical supplier D'Alesio runs its own coastal storage depot in Livorno, described as the only one in the area and equipped with automated blending, plus four company-owned bunker barges of about 2,000 tonnes deadweight each, supplying Livorno and the Tyrrhenian ports from La Spezia down to Piombino, 24 hours a day. Petroleum cargo itself is worked separately at the Darsena Petroli oil dock inside the port.
Livorno is inside an emission-control area (per your brief), so plan on compliant grades.
