Tanjung Priok is Indonesia's busiest port, operated by the state company Pelindo, and the public logistics assessment of the port lists refuelling among its standard ship services, so bunkers are routinely available here. There is a dedicated Special Liquid Bulk Oil Terminal, four berths totalling 377 metres of quay with 12 metres alongside, while berths across the port range from 3 to 14 metres alongside depth. The port is reached up a dredged channel roughly 3 km long and 150 m wide carrying about 10 m of water, which is the practical draught control for a laden ship inbound.
Pilotage is compulsory and available around the clock. What the public assessment does not spell out is how bunkers actually change hands, whether barge to a ship alongside or at anchor, or road tanker on the quay, nor any maximum stem or bunker-specific notice period. Treat the supplier as your authority on those and get the delivery mode and lead time confirmed before you fix a window, because none of it is set out in the port's own published material.
