Bunkering in the Port of Liepāja is available around the clock at any berth, delivered either by road tanker or by the bunker vessel 'Vitrupe' (300 m³ capacity), per supplier EVJA's own site. EVJA (LSEZ SIA V. Biļuka komercfirma 'EVIJA') also operates an oil terminal with pipeline connections to berth No. 69, enabling delivery by pipeline to that berth. It is a registered marine fuel supplier under MARPOL Annex VI, issuing BDNs in its own name, and can deliver by truck to other Latvian ports including Ventspils and Pāvilosta. Under its standard supply contract, delivery is made within 24 hours of order. Liepāja lies within the Baltic SECA/ECA, so 0.50% sulphur limits apply (0.10% for fuel used at berth under EU rules), and EU ETS applies to voyages calling at EU ports. Vessels must comply with the Port of Liepāja regulations and internal-waters traffic rules; winter navigation runs 15 December–15 April, with icebreaker use decided by the Harbor Master.
