Bunkers at the Port of Salvador (Bahia, Bay of Todos os Santos) are supplied by barge only — Acelen's VLSFO and LS MGO are delivered via barges operated with Bunker One's Nova Offshore. Fuel can be delivered both at the inner anchorage and alongside the berth at the port. Deliveries serve a wide range of vessels: cruise ships (summer season), oil tankers, bulk carriers, container ships, general cargo and offshore support vessels. Salvador is NOT inside an ECA, so standard IMO global 0.50% sulphur rules apply — VLSFO and LSMGO are the grades supplied. No public source specifies the required nomination/notice period, stem sizes, night-delivery or weather restrictions, or specific port-authority (CODEBA) bunkering regulations; confirm these with the supplier or port authority before fixing.
