At Fortaleza (Mucuripe), Petrobras supplies marine fuels (VLSFO 0.5%S, MGO/LSMGO) at the berth only — no barge or anchorage delivery is offered at this port, and 'bunker only' calls are not accepted. Minimum quantities apply: 100 mt for VLSFO and 50 mt for MGO; smaller stems must be arranged directly with the supplier. The Petrobras/Transpetro Mucuripe terminal operates 24/7 for ships (administrative hours 07:45–16:45, Mon–Fri) and offers VLSFO and MGO bunkering alongside cargo handling at berths 201/202 (pier drafts up to 10.40 m; max draft at the port 10.3 m). Deliveries are made through the terminal's pipeline/berth infrastructure. Brazil is not an ECA, so 0.5% sulphur fuels comply with IMO 2020 global limits; products meet ISO 8217:2017 and ANP Resolution 903/2022. Nominations and tariffs are handled via the Petrobras Bunker Office / terminal Commercial Management; a specific notice period is not published — confirm at booking. Standard pier occupancy for loading/discharging is up to 36 hours pro rata.
