At Vitoria, bunkers are supplied by Petrobras UN-Bunker, delivered by barge or by pipeline when the vessel is berthed at the Transpetro TGL berth. Bunker requests must be sent to Petrobras UN-Bunker through the vessel's agent; for the Transpetro barge pier, agents then confirm scheduling with Transpetro's bunker programming desk in Vitoria, subject to berth availability and the day's program. Petrobras can also deliver by barge at the Vitoria anchorage (historically ~2,600 MT IFO / 150 MT MGO barge capacity). Nominations for Vitoria and other Espirito Santo ports (Tubarao, Ponta do Ubu, Praia Mole, Portocel) require at least 24 hours' notice and are accepted only on working days. Bunkering follows DPC NORMAN 08 and the port's environmental licence, with preventive oil-containment booms around the vessel and SOPEP kit required (MARPOL 73/78). Operations must stop when swell exceeds ~70 cm average or wind exceeds 25 knots. Vitoria is not in an ECA; Petrobras supplies IMO 2020-compliant VLSFO (0.5% S), B24 blend, and MGO DMA.
