Fujairah added 62.24 to 743 and Singapore 9 to 885, while Rotterdam lost 14.5 to 653 and Houston sits at 575 — a $90 Rotterdam–Fujairah spread (743 − 653) and $232 to Singapore (885 − 653). Hub VLSFO drifted lower: Rotterdam 735.5 (−6.5), Singapore 911.5 (−5.5), Fujairah 970.5 (−15.5). MGO carried the big two-way moves: Durban +178.5 to 2230.5, dearest on the board; Las Palmas +130 to 1575 and Bergen +126.75 to 1703.75; against Port Said −115 to 1587, Port Louis −110 to 1807 and Haldia −97 to 1798. Mediterranean MGO firmed — Malta +75 to 1520, Istanbul +54 to 1569.5, Piraeus +28 to 1562.5 — while the Baltic and Russian ports fell in step, −53.75 to −64.5 across that cluster.
