Suva is run by Fiji Ports Corporation Limited (FPCL), which both operates and regulates the port, and FPCL publishes the bunker-transfer parameters itself. It lists bunkering with a hose of "6' x 25mtrs", a diesel loading rate of "50-90t/hr", and discharge rates of "HFO 150t/hr and Diesel oil 400t/hr". The fuels named are heavy fuel oil and diesel; the same services page gives fresh water alongside the Kings and Local wharfs, so bunkering here reads as a wharfside operation rather than a barge job.
Pilotage and tug assistance are provided to FPCL tariff, and the port runs 24/7 pollution-prevention monitoring, so expect a spill watch over the transfer. Because the published rates are what the authority itself states, treat them as the port's own quoted capability, not a supplier promise, and confirm actual pumping rates with whoever brings the oil.
