HSFO was mixed: Fujairah +10.5 to 649.5, Rotterdam +4.5 to 557, Singapore +3 to 642.5, New York +9.5 to 535.5, Los Angeles +9 to 701.5, Houston +12 to 495.5, while Hong Kong fell 34 to 648.5.
