Bunkers at Sikka are delivered primarily by barge dispatched from Mundra, with jetty pipeline supply limited to specific vessels and truck-to-ship possible in some cases. VLSFO (0.50% S), HSFO/IFO 380 for scrubber-fitted vessels, LSMGO and MGO are available. Sikka is not in an Emission Control Area, so VLSFO suffices for normal trading; HSFO requires scrubber documentation under MARPOL Annex VI and DG Shipping rules for non-0.5% fuel. Nominate 48-72 hours in advance (LSMGO 24-48 hours) to align barge dispatch with the busy refinery jetties; the seller must receive 72/48 hours approximate and 24 hours definite arrival notices, and the buyer must secure all port/customs permissions before delivery. Delivery is subject to weather and port permissions; nights, weekends and holidays are excluded under standard supplier terms. Jamnagar/Sikka handles roughly 850 vessels annually.
