At Inchon, bunkers are delivered by barge or oil lighter for all fuel grades, with a minimum charge of USD 300 for stems under 100 MT lumpsum (bunkering.co.kr port guide). Lubricants from TotalEnergies are supplied by truck only — minimum 500 L for packed and 5,000 L for bulk or pumped drums, five working days' notice required, and pumped-drum deliveries are not possible in winter; bulk barge delivery of lubes carries a USD 4,000 barge charge (lubmarine.totalenergies.com). SK Incheon Petrochem supplies LSFO, MGO and B30 to Incheon and other West Coast ports using the region's first 3.3K DWT bunkering vessel. Bunkering takes place alongside at the tidal basin docks or at harbour anchorage (A-1 to E-4 zones). Access is via lock chambers (max draft about 12 m, beam 32.2 m, LOA 255 m); lockgates close when tidal height exceeds 2.0 m, wind exceeds 14 m/s, or visibility is under 0.5 miles. Pilotage is compulsory from Palmi-do pilot station to anchorage or berth. Inchon is not within an ECA; sulphur rules per flag/MARPOL Annex VI apply.
