Dalian is a deep-water, ice-free port in northeast China, and bunkers can be taken at berth, at anchorage or offshore, so the delivery point follows the ship's program rather than forcing a shift to a fuel berth. The conventional grades quoted for the area are VLSFO, HSFO, MGO and ULSD, with the supplier noting availability is constantly changing and worth confirming per stem.
Dalian is also building out alternative-fuel supply. CHIMBUSCO (China Marine Bunker, PetroChina) completed the port's first bonded green methanol bunkering, delivering 500 tonnes of domestically produced, ISCC-certified green methanol to the 16,136-TEU COSCO SHIPPING Yangpu under a 'one-stop' bonded and export-supervision warehouse arrangement. That same customs treatment drives whether a conventional fuel-oil or distillate stem is priced bonded or domestic, so confirm the basis with the supplier before you fix.
