Castries is a cruise and general-cargo port run by the Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority (SLASPA), not a dedicated bunkering hub. The general-cargo berths run from Berth 1 at 200 ft with 18-20 ft (5.48-6.09 m) alongside up to Berths 4 and 5 at about 498-520 ft and 32 ft (9.75 m); cruise ships work Pointe Seraphine, where P/S 1 is 400 ft with 36 ft (10.97 m) and P/S 2 is 300 ft with 34 ft (10.36 m). Outer anchorages lie in 20-22 m. Potable water is available alongside all berths at EC$40.00 per 1,000 gallons.
For fuel, work through a local supplier: Caribbean Fuels lists Marine Gas Oil, ultra-low-sulphur diesel and VLSFO 0.5% (plus Jet A-1) for Castries. SLASPA's own facilities page carries berth, water and crane data but no bunkering procedure, so settle grade, quantity, delivery method and location directly with the supplier before arrival.
