Larnaca is a compact commercial port on the south coast of Cyprus, within the Emission Control Area with EU ETS and FuelEU Maritime in force. Its two quays run 666 m in total — the South Quay 340 m with 12 m depth alongside, the North Quay 326 m with 10 m — and the entrance channel and turning circle are both dredged to 12 m. The port takes vessels up to 270 m LOA at a maximum draft of 11.4 m.
Suppliers offer bunkering both alongside and at anchor off the port, so a stem can usually be worked without occupying a cargo berth. Beyond those physical limits, the Cyprus Ports Authority does not publish a bunkering procedure — no notification lead time, no stem ceiling, no barge-versus-pipeline rule — so the delivery method and any anchorage clearance have to be fixed with the supplier and the local agent, who arranges the CPA permissions.
