At Imperia (Oneglia), bunkering is available at the main commercial dock where Rivamare operates a shore fuel station fitted with a high-flow distributor delivering 400 litres per minute; the position is easily accessible to all vessel types, including yachts over 100 m and sailboats with draft up to 7 m. Supply via tank-truck (autobotti) bunkering is also offered at the station. Products include subsidized commercial gasoil and national BIO-FREE diesel with low sulphur and flash point, plus national gasoline, lubricating oils (Shell, Eni, Total, Mobil and others) and additives, supplied in compliance with MARPOL Annex VI anti-pollution regulations. A second supplier, De Vivo Energia S.R.L., has been awarded a 14-year concession by the City of Imperia for a fuel-distribution plant at the Western Mole (Molo Occidentale) of Oneglia, but this facility is still subject to the state-property concession conference and project approvals, so it is not yet operational. The port lies in the Mediterranean sulphur ECA, so 0.50% sulphur fuel applies, and EU ETS extends to voyages to/from this port. Nomination/notice periods for ordering bunkers here could not be verified from public sources.
