Bunkering at Tanger Med is a barge operation run by Minerva Bunkering as subcontractor to HTTSA, working a fleet the port describes as seven barges of 6,700 tons each. You can take fuel in three places: inside the port complex itself, and at the two anchorages the port calls Tanger Med West, on the Strait side ahead of the port, and Tanger Med East, to its east. The two anchorages together handle the large majority of the volume and offer up to sixteen anchor points, which is what lets the port stem the mega-boxships and car carriers calling here.
The grades on offer are the IMO-2020-compliant range. Mind the regulatory floor: since May 2025 the whole Mediterranean is a sulphur ECA with a 0.1% m/m limit, so inside it you must be on 0.1% fuel or a compliant alternative.
The port's page does not publish a maximum stem or a minimum notice period; set both with Minerva/HTTSA when you fix.
