Guam's commercial harbour is Apra, and there is no bunker barge lying alongside the way a large hub keeps one. Clipper Oil, one of the suppliers here, delivers fuel to the commercial piers by road tanker and by pipeline, and separately lists bunkering at sea for vessels that cannot come in. The grades it publishes for the port are marine gas oil and high sulphur fuel oil on the marine side, plus ultra low sulphur diesel; heavier residual grades beyond HSFO are not listed.
Because delivery is by truck and shore line rather than a large barge, treat the pumpable rate and the size of any single stem as things to pin down with the supplier before you fix, since a truck-fed operation moves far less per hour than a barge would. Guam sits outside the designated sulphur emission control areas, so there is no 0.10% cap forced on you at the berth by an ECA.
