Cepsa (rebranded Moeve) is a physical bunker supplier, the leader in Spanish ports, the Strait of Gibraltar and the Canary Islands, with bunker-market experience dating back to 1929. It supplies a wide range of marine fuels (including VLSFO 0.5%, MGO, HSFO, LNG and 2G biofuels) by barge, pipeline and truck, supported by its two refineries at Algeciras and Huelva. It commercializes more than 4 million tonnes per year with over 5,500 annual ship supplies and pioneered the multi-product barge Oizmendi, which also delivers LNG.
