(BPCL) is a public-sector Indian refining and marketing company that acts as a physical bunker supplier (not a trader/broker): its Kochi refinery (Irimpanam/Ambalamugal) produces Very Low Sulphur Fuel Oil and High Flash High Speed Diesel, and BPCL delivers bunkers from the ports of Mumbai, Kochi, Kakinada and Hazira, including barge supply to vessels at Kochi Port berths and outer anchorage. Its Irimpanam (Kochi) unit is registered on India's DGMA list of active bunker suppliers under licence BS/2025/43, valid until 18 August 2028.
