RN-Bunker LLC is the bunkering subsidiary of PJSC NK Rosneft and a physical supplier of marine fuel to vessels in most sea and river ports of Russia (not a broker or pure trader). Established in 2008, it is one of the leaders of the Russian bunkering market with about 25% of bunker fuel sales, operating in the North-West, Black Sea and Far East basins with representative offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Murmansk, Novorossiysk, Arkhangelsk, Tuapse, Nakhodka, Vladivostok, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Samara — consistent with its listing at Primorsk, Murmansk, Novorossiysk and Vysotsk. In 2018 it joined the Russian Association of Marine and River Bunker Suppliers.
