OOO Skadar is a physical marine bunker supplier founded in 1998 and based in Murmansk, operating its own tanker fleet (Marinstraum, Solstraum, Olonets, Nordstraum; four vessels totaling 9,900 tons) for bunkering ships in the port of Murmansk and delivering fuel to Kaliningrad, Arkhangelsk, Kandalaksha, Novy Port and Sabetta. It is a member of the Association of Marine and River Bunkersmen of Russia, holds Rostransnadzor licences for dangerous-goods handling and sea cargo transport (renewed 2025), and since 2007 has operated an ISO 9001 quality management system; it also trades on the SPbMTSB exchange.
