It is based in Saint Petersburg, Russia, with regional offices in Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, Saint Petersburg, Novorossiysk, Yaroslavl and Azov, and supplies vessels in major Russian ports including Primorsk, Murmansk, Saint Petersburg, Ust-Luga, Novorossiysk, Vladivostok and Kaliningrad, as well as foreign ports such as Tallinn, Constanta and Riga.
