Baltic and Russian Baltic MGO moved up $120–124/mt across Ventspils, Riga, Klaipeda, Muuga, Tallinn, Liepaja, Ust-Luga, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Primorsk and Vysotsk, with Wilhelmshaven, Emden, Hamburg, Bremerhaven and Bergen up $119–127/mt. Mediterranean MGO followed: Augusta +$120.75, Algeciras +$120.75, Valencia +$110.50, Livorno +$112.75. VLSFO rose $22–28/mt across the same NW European and Med ports. Singapore VLSFO fell $12.50 to $848/mt and MGO $2.50 to $1,246/mt; Fujairah VLSFO -$5.50 to $852/mt. Rotterdam VLSFO -$3 to $681.50/mt. Brent $96.28/bbl, WTI $91.87/bbl, EUA €84.18/t.
