Delivery is therefore at berth or at anchorage by truck; no barge bunkering is documented. Vessels may anchor NW of the harbour at 12°03.2'N 061°45.8'W (12.0–23.0 m) or in the Carenage (9.1–20.1 m); anchoring within 200 m of any beach requires written permission. Berthing applications must go through the ship's agent to the GPA Marine Unit at least 48 hours before arrival; pilotage is compulsory for vessels over 200 grt with 24 hours' notice inbound and 3 hours outbound, pilots boarding NE of Annas Shoal. Port equipment and labour must be requisitioned 24 hours in advance; working hours 07:00–12:00, 13:00–18:00, 19:00–23:00. Grenada is not in an ECA; IMO global 0.50% sulphur limit applies.
