V.Biļuka komercfirma "EVIJA" is a physical bunker supplier and oil-products wholesaler, founded on 21 January 1993 and based in the Liepaja Special Economic Zone, Latvia. It operates its own oil terminal (11,000 m³, built 2001) in Liepāja, performs 24/7 ship bunkering in the port of Liepāja with the bunker vessel "Vitrupe" (300 m³) and by road, and also bunkers vessels by road transport in the ports of Pāvilosta and Ventspils. It is listed by Latvia's State Revenue Service as a registered MARPOL Annex VI fleet-fuel supplier serving ports including Rīga, Ventspils, Liepāja and other Latvian harbours.
