Shell Eastern Petroleum (Pte) Ltd is a Singapore-incorporated oil company (ACRA UEN 196000089G, incorporated 2 August 1960) and a major subsidiary of Shell plc, headquartered at The Metropolis, 9 North Buona Vista Drive, Singapore. Classified under 'Petroleum Refineries', it manufactures, trades, markets and ships oil products and chemicals, including fuels and lubricants for marine use, and historically operated the Shell Energy and Chemicals Park on Pulau Bukom. In 2024 it completed the sale of the Bukom refinery and associated petrochemical assets to CAPGC Pte. Ltd., a joint venture between Indonesia's Chandra Asri and Glencore.
