Raj Shipping Agencies Ltd. is a Mumbai-based physical bunker supplier, trader, and barge operator established in 1978, which states it was the first company in India involved in bunkering apart from the government-owned oil companies. It owns a fleet of self-propelled bunker barges (carrying IFO 30–180 CST, MDO and MGO) and supplies fuel at all major and minor Indian ports, including directly to the Mumbai High offshore fields. It is registered with India's Directorate General of Shipping as a certified bunker supplier under MARPOL Annex VI Regulation 18, and appears on the government's active bunker supplier list (certificate BS/2021/29, Mumbai).
