As reported by [shipandbunker.com](https://shipandbunker.com/news/emea/595474-new-bunker-supplier-launches-in-latvia), the company launched operations at the port of Riga in mid-2025, initially focusing on 0.1% sulfur LSMGO deliveries by barge using its 300 m³ barge Velda, and hired bunker-industry veteran Valery Vdovina as head of its bunker department.
