VARO Energy is a physical bunker supplier and distributor of oil products that has operated a terminal in the Port of Amsterdam since 2016, with eleven storage tanks totalling over 140,000 m³ and a large bunker network for inland shipping and cruise ships, with many Varo-owned bunker stations branded Reinplus Fiwado. In September 2016 it acquired FIWADO B.V., the Dutch inland bunkering business of Total Nederland, adding five bunker stations in Amsterdam, Flushing (Vlissingen), Millingen, Rotterdam and Zwijndrecht. The Dutch operation is based at Petroleumhavenweg 48B, Amsterdam, while the VARO group is headquartered in Switzerland.
