It is a physical fuel producer/supplier rather than a trader or broker, and Louisiana Department of Revenue motor fuel licensee records list it as a bonded terminal operator and bonded supplier (effective 09/21/2011) with an address in San Antonio, Texas. Valero acquired the refinery in 2011 and it is located about 40 miles from Valero's St. Charles Refinery.
