St. Bernard Renewables LLC is a U.S. renewable fuels company operating a biorefinery co-located with PBF Energy's Chalmette Refinery in St. Bernard Parish, in the Greater New Orleans area of Louisiana. It is a 50-50 joint venture between PBF Energy and Eni Sustainable Mobility whose closing was announced on June 28, 2023, producing renewable diesel (HVO) via the Eni/Honeywell UOP Ecofining process with a capacity of about 306 million gallons per year. The Delaware LLC was formed on August 2, 2022, with its principal office listed in Parsippany, New Jersey.
