Services White Tiger Corp. was a Panamanian physical bunker supplier listed by the Panama Maritime Authority (AMP) as a licensed local fuel oil provider serving Panama (Balboa), with barges including Fenix I and Fenix III. Registered as a Panamanian joint-stock corporation with US$10,000 share capital, based in Panamá Province (electronic registry entry dated 13 January 2015), it later ceased real operations. In September 2025 the AMP cancelled its operating licence after finding no vessels attached, expired bond and insurance, and over US$179,000 in arrears.
