S-OIL (CEO Anwar A. Al Hejazi) is a South Korean oil refining company and physical bunker supplier whose first refinery began commercial operation in 1980 and which now runs a 669,000 barrels/day refining complex including its Onsan refinery. It operates an integrated bunkering supply chain in the Ulsan area and in July 2026 began supplying B30-VLSFO bio-marine fuel (30% biofuel blended with very low sulfur fuel oil), usable in existing vessels without retrofitting, with Ulsan Port a key market driven by car carrier demand.
