Through RUBIS ENERGIE DJIBOUTI it operates as a physical fuel supplier at Djibouti, serving marine, aviation, administration, military and commercial customers from a renovated network of service stations, with a RUBIS CARD fuel-card offer. Its parent group says it controls the full supply chain, operating ten owned vessels, chartered ships, import terminals and a refinery with a theoretical capacity of around 800 kT per year.
