PETROCI Holding, created in 1975, is the national oil company of Côte d'Ivoire (Société Nationale d'Opérations Pétrolières), whose missions include the storage, transport and trading of petroleum products and securing the country's hydrocarbon supplies. Its marine bunkering activity at the Port of Abidjan is carried out through Petroci Soutes, a joint venture with Oryx Energies formed in 2002, which provides 24-hour bunkering of fuel oil (IFO 180 cst), Marine Gasoil and marine lubricants to international vessels from a dedicated high-capacity bunkering jetty connected to the GESTOCI storage terminal.
