Oil Terminal S.A. is a physical oil-terminal operator and bunker supplier in the Port of Constanța, Romania, whose services include receipt, storage, loading/unloading of crude oil, petroleum products and liquid chemicals, and bunkering of vessels with light and heavy fuel at its seven operational berths. Established in 1898, it is the largest oil terminal in southeastern Europe with roughly 1.1 million cbm of storage capacity, and it has been listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange since January 30, 1998. A maritime shipping register also lists it as a 'Bunkerer; Port Service' at 2 Caraiman Street, Incinta Port, Constanța.
