NuStar Energy L.P. is a publicly traded limited partnership based in San Antonio, Texas, whose subsidiary Shore Terminals LLC operates a petroleum bulk storage facility and associated short pipelines in Portland, Oregon, handling diesel, gasoline, ethanol, bio-fuel and renewable diesel. Its Portland terminal on the Willamette River (9420 NW St Helens Road) has 31 tanks with about 1,191,000 barrels of capacity and serves ship, barge, pipeline, truck and rail modes. NuStar was acquired by Sunoco LP in an all-stock purchase, with the same assets continuing to be owned and operated.
