Jer Barging B.V. is a Dutch physical bunker supplier licensed as a bunker barge operator in the Port of Rotterdam; the port authority's bunker permit list (May 2024) records it as a license holder operating bunker tankers including Vlaardingen (ENI 02327378) and Vlake (ENI 02326336). The licensing scheme, in force since 1 February 2021, covers barge operations at Rotterdam, Schiedam, Vlaardingen, Dordrecht, Zwijndrecht and Papendrecht. Its director (DGA), Jerry van Rijswijk, has led Jer Barging BV since October 2017.
