Founded in 1991 with Dutch SHV Energy as its main shareholder, it operates a sea terminal in Gdansk (listed in the maritime directory as a port operator at ul. H. Sucharskiego 51) along with rail terminals at Malaszewicze and Sedziszow. Its registered office is in Warsaw.
