ENACOL (Empresa Nacional de Combustíveis, S.A.) is a physical bunker supplier founded by the Cape Verdean government in 1979, operating as the largest bunkering operator in Cape Verde. It supplies MGO and fuel oil to national and international vessels from Porto Grande in Mindelo, São Vicente, using its own tankers Olimpia and Baía, and also serves yachts at the Marina Mindelo. Its fuels comply with MARPOL Annex VI regulations 14 and 18 and ISO 8217:2010 specifications.
