Curoil N.V. (Curaçao Oil N.V.) is a physical bunker and fuel supplier founded on Curaçao on 1 November 1985, after Shell ceased operations at the Curaçao Refinery. Headquartered in Willemstad, it operates fuel and bunkering services across the ABC islands (Curaçao, Bonaire and Aruba) and the wider Southern Caribbean, delivering by barge and tanker, including offshore bunkering since 1994. It is the exclusive fuel supplier on Bonaire (via subsidiary Curoil Bonaire, founded 1998) and the exclusive supplier of bunker fuels in Aruba (Curoil Aruba, launched 2013).
