Asahi Tanker Co., Ltd. is a Japanese shipping company founded in March 1951 in Shimonoseki, operating a fleet of over 100 tankers for domestic and overseas transport of petroleum products, LPG, and chemicals. Its domestic business includes a bunker operation supplying fuel to ships, and it has been involved in bunker supply services since a 1986 joint venture in the UAE. The head office was moved to Tokyo in 1979.
