It holds a 12,000 m3 bonded oil depot in Zhoushan with five transport ships (500–5,000 tons) supplying bonded fuel oil and 0# light diesel around the clock, and obtained its international navigation vessel bonded oil operation qualification from the Zhoushan Municipal People's Government on 8 June 2017, enabling cross-customs-district supply in Ningbo, Nanjing and Shanghai customs districts.
