Victrol (Victrol Chartering B.V.) is an Antwerp-based physical bunker supplier and inland waterway shipping company founded in 1969 as an oil supplier to seagoing and inland vessels, now operating bunker barges, tanker barges and LNG bunkering services ([victrol.be](https://www.victrol.be/about-us/history/); [victrol.be](http://www.victrol.be/)). The Port of Amsterdam granted Victrol a permit in 2021 to bunker LNG fuel with its bunker vessel LNG London within the municipalities of Amsterdam, Velsen and Zaanstad, confirming its operations as a bunker supplier at Amsterdam ([portofamsterdam.com](https://www.portofamsterdam.com/en/announcement/permit-bunkering-liquefied-natural-gas-lng-lng-bunkering-vessel)). The company is ISO 9001 and 14001 certified and in 2025 signed an MoU with OCI Global to develop clean ammonia bunkering in the Netherlands and Belgium ([victrol.be](http://www.victrol.be/)).
