In 2021 it obtained a licence to supply bonded fuel oil to international vessels at Zhoushan, a rare permit for a fully foreign-owned entity and one held by only about a dozen mostly Chinese suppliers there. The company is approved by the Zhoushan municipal government as a qualified bonded oil supplier and operates from Dinghai District, Zhoushan City.
