Refinaria de Petróleo Riograndense (RPR) is a physical bunker supplier: Brazil's first oil refinery, operating since 1937, it produces the marine fuel OCMAR (Óleo Combustível Marítimo) at its refinery in Rio Grande, Rio Grande do Sul. It supplies bunker fuel to large vessels transiting the nearby Port of Rio Grande. The company has been ISO 14001 certified since 2002 and ISO 9001 certified since 2011, and is currently transitioning to become Brazil's first biorefinery.
