It provides over-the-dock marine fueling, truck delivery, and retail/bulk supply of gasoline, marine diesel, ultra-low sulfur diesel, heating oil, propane, and lubricants, with a bulk plant in Kodiak and roughly 1 million gallons of storage. In Valdez, bulk products (except gasoline, propane, and lubricants) are supplied by the Petro Star Valdez refinery and delivered by two double-hulled barges.
