It was founded on 6 February 1995. In April 2024 it approved a total spin-off (registered 6 June 2025) splitting its assets between Unturbe & Bermejo S.L. (real estate) and a newly created beneficiary company that succeeded to its name and main business, with the original entity dissolved without liquidation.
